I sold my used car and want to write a simple sale’s contract with the buyer. Is there any website that I can downloan the sample contract or agreement for sale of used car?

I don’t know of a website, however, you can simply write up a bill of sale. Include the full description of the car, including VIN. Buyer/seller’s name and address, purchase price, sale date, any disclosures regarding title brands. The most important document you do want to file is the Seller’s Report of Sale, or Affidavit of Sale, whatever your state calls the form. This document will protect you if the buyer fails to transfer ownership, and the car is involved in something illegal, or is abandonded. Absolutely, very important! You can find sale contracts at stationary/book stores.
