I’m a music producer/artist/independent record label manager.

I need a simple contract between me and guest vocalists.
The deal is simple- Deduct all costs from total profits from each track they appear on, then split 50/50 between me and the featured artist(s). For example if there are 2 guest vocalists- 50% for me, 25% each for them ie. Producer gets 50%, the other 50% is split between featured artists.

I live in England so i need the contract to be relevant to UK law.

Anyone know where i can get a contract like this for free? Are there template contacts like this available?

I did a search on www.dogpile.com using the keywords ‘downloadable legal document templates’ and got some results. You might try the same, but add UK to the search words. Some of these sites are pay-sites, but most are free.
