I am starting a clothing line with an up and coming rapper. We are looking for a free generic legal form for fifty percent partnership.

i wouldn’t want to use a free generic contract any attorney has them then all you do is modify it to fit your application if it is important enough to you to invest time and money in why would you want to save a few dollars now to lose it all later if something were to go wrong
