I’m getting my degree in marketing and would love to work in the music industry. Working with concerts/festivals would be ideal.

I would think you would be able to do music event promotion or even events management. There are lots of jobs in event marketing/management now and its a great growing industry. Although the hours are long, its a fast moving, rewarding and fulfiling environment.
