To snitch or not to snitch?

My neighbors are very noisy, do not work, have ppl coming and out and play music all day. This time, it went until 1:00AM and I had to get up four hours later to go work. At first I wanted to call the boys in blue but the last neighbor who did that (someone’s car was blocking his garage – at 3:00AM and he too, had to be at work shortly) got hassled until he moved.

I’ll just say I’m in L.A. County.

Anyway, I was about to tell the management company that handles the property but can’t access the ‘Anonymous’ email at work and don’t want to call either.

Should I just chill until I move (Jan 2011) or how should I just refrain from saying anything?
@ ol dirty – Dude, it is my business when I can’t sleep at night because their $ 2 Coby speakers make my windows shake and shatter. Only because they don’t work doesn’t mean I have to lose my jobs (yeah, I can’t work at home either). Best.
@ Wicked Angel – That’s what I though after they moved in last year but I think someone did temp work (or push a little something) so that’s how they’ve been able to stretch that welfare check.
@ EES – Yep, decided today that this was all I can take. The landlord is an @, even though we’ve paid rent on time 9/10 since we’ve been there – and this includes his outrageous fees for the minute we were late. He refuses to maintain the place according to lease directives and finds a way to blame somebody.
