Thinking about producing some hip hop music?
Question by MR. FR3SH: Thinking about producing some hip hop music?
Ok well im 16 and thinking about becoming a producer of hip hop music. Im starting off and i have no clue what i need and what to do. I would like to become like some of these famous hip hop producers one day:
DJ Premier
Dr. Dre
Jay Dilla
Timbaland
Scott Stortch
Just Blaze
RZA
Kanye West
Pharrell Williams
So now i need to know what things or equipment/programs i need to start off with? Any ideas? Thanks :]

If you’re really serious about it get a drum machine or a sampler they’re pretty costly, but There are many software programs you can get
Cakewalk
Fruityloops
Sony Acid Studio
