Services Organization product or licensed or sold on a stand-alone basis as part of Project/ Product/ Services Organization’s product portfolio, it is critical that Project/ Product/ Services Organization obtain from its suppliers adequate protection for Project/ Product/ Services Organization and Project/ Product/ Services Organization’s customers if the goods do or are alleged to infringe third party intellectual property rights.
