negotiating and executing CAs in consultation with the Deputy General Counsel, Corporate & Finance (or his/her designees), and the Corporate Business Development function. The policy governing CAs, including but not limited to terms, retention and ownership, is in the sole discretion of the Deputy General counsel, Corporate & Finance. No one is authorized to commence negotiations of the terms of a CA or to execute a CA without the express written approval of the Deputy General Counsel, Corporate & Finance or the authorized representative of Corporate Business Development. No exceptions.
