Question by Victoria: Sample Contract for Personal Loan to Friend?
A close friend needs to borrow $ 1000 from me and I want to know if anyone knows of a contract that I can have this person sign that will assure that it is only a loan and needs to repaid at a certain date. Also, if the loan isn’t paid, then the matter will be taken to small claims court and this person will have to pay the loan as well as any additional costs.
