I Want To Add Videos And Music To My Zune But I Cannot Install The Software… It Says:

Print Accept Decline

I Hit Accept…

ZUNE IS READY TO INSTALL

Change Location Install Cancel

I Hit Install

Checking For Updates- Complete
Preparing Your Compouter- IT THEN SAYS

Can’t Install From Microsoft Update
Can’t Install The Required Components from Microsoft Update. Please try again later. No such interface supported.

Error Code: 0x80004002

Thats it… I Hit “Close” It closes…

I Try Later it does tha again…and again and again.

Can I Add Without Software?

See if you have .NET Framework installed. Zune software runs on this framework. The framework is just the coding.

Download Microsoft .NET Framework here, then install the Zune software.
