I have been working from home as a contract processor, but mostly subcontracting to a specific company. I’m looking to branch out and work with other loan officers, but I need to give them a contract to sign with terms, fees, liability, etc. Any suggestions? I know I should join NAMP, but I’m broke this week. lol
I am NOT looking for a loan. If you are posting just to advertise your (or another persons) company PLEASE DON’T POST.

Do you have a contract with your current company? If you do, it should be fairly easy to modify it for other clients. If not, WHY?
