I’m selling my iPod touch to my friend because she reallllly wants one and i want the new one anyway. So when i give it to her and she connects it to her iTunes will all the apps be deleted? Or can you keep them on there and simply not back them up to your computer? Should i delete all the music/apps before giving it to her?

the apps will be deleted. I tried plugging my ipod into my friends computer, and when it synced to her library, it deleted everything else on my ipod. if she wants to keep the music, and you don’t mind, tell her to get a program called touchcopy. It’s $ 20 for a download, and it lets you copy the contents (music and pictures and video, as far as I know) of the iPod to her computer. I used the program when i switched computers. She has to use the program before syncing it with itunes, though, or else the music will be wiped.
