Question by Jane doe: Should one file a small claims suit or sue for specific performance ?
I entered into a contract with a seller for a residental property. The seller illegitimately has not gone to settlement and is trying to sell the property. Is it possible to sue for specific performance at the District Court without an attorney? or shall I file a small claims suit?
