Contact info for past venues and potential venues, along with the terms of each one (how many people must show up to receive a certain percent of the door fee, etc.) and any additional info about them.

Accomplishments of the band. (Record deals, music festivals, contests, awards, etc.)

A copy of the logo, maybe the lyrics to their songs.

Maybe a biography on the band and its origins in case you’re ever asked for it, along with their musical influences.

A demo or two.

Prices & other info for any merchandise you’re considering buying.

The same info for studio recording time offered by different places in your area.

Keep a list of offers you get from people, for gigs, promotion, etc. You’d be surprised how easy it is to lose track. You want to be able to take advantage of whatever you’re offered at some point if possible.

I’d keep a list of all the gigs they’ve played. When & where.. all that. Maybe just keep copies of the flyers for them.
