For music, I can’t say for sure, becuase I’ve not explored the legal documentation for that. But I can suggest to search and research. Your best bet is to develop your own contract and have it annotated by someone in the legal profession to cover all of your bases. If you just take a contract from somewhere else, it may not reflect all of the terms, conditions and stipulations you are wanting, and it may get you into trouble if it has stipulations you really don’t understand.

It doesn’t have to be identical to the kind of contracts that large companies use, and you would most certainly not be in need of all the excess matters.

I would google Client contracts-music. Terms and conditions, royalties, etc.
