EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT

By and between _________ (Company) referred to as “Company”, and _________ (Employee) referred to as “the Employee”.

The Company, located at ___________________________________________, employs Employee and Employee, of ______________________________________________, hereby agrees to be employed on the following terms and conditions:

1. Start Date: Employment shall commence on ___________ time being of the essence.
