My LG Venus is a spaz, and i want to get a new phone. Do I have to terminate my contract or can i just get a new phone with the same contract and number? How much does it cost to terminate a contract?

Most companies charge about $ 200-400 if you cancel your contract before it ends. If you want to get a new phone under the same company/contract then no you don’t have to pay anything. The only thing they would do is extend your contract.
I’ve heard LG’s are horrible. Get a motorola, they work the best.
