Q&A: How do I write a contract termination agreement to tell customers to not use our database structure?

Question by ukjazzcat: How do I write a contract termination agreement to tell customers to not use our database structure?
This is for a 3-tier solution. (client, server, SQL server back-end). When a customer’s licence is expired, we want to write a letter saying:
Please detach the SQL database…delete it and don’t restore it from backup. We own the datastructure and we don’t allow you\them to use it unless they have an up-to-date licence.
