Okay…I was doing research on foreign animated shows and took note of how some distribution companies redo a lot of things. I know when I was researching the Winx Club they said that 4Kids redid and edited out some of the animation sequences and redid some of the bg music and themes. Some of the story-lines have been redone as well. I guess what I am trying to ask is if any of you have come across any foreign animated shows that have undergone this ‘modification’, in some cases butchering, where it either did the show a disfavor? Name a min of 3, max of 5 (with brief explanation).
PS: Session 2 for the Summer quarter has begun and I am looking for a little breather from the school work. Need top 5 anime and manga suggestions — NO ROMANCE. Fighting, humor, gore, school-life, mystery welcomed
