This was filmed in a small town in Southern New Jersey. The structure is being built as a new High School. FEMA Camps do exist and locations like this have been used in emergencies before and will be used again. The issue is that this school is more locked down then any I have seen in NJ. Metal gates, chain link fence and undoubtedly a very large network of cameras. These things can be used to keep people in as well as out. Military drills have been conducted, unannounced at public schools, adding more credence to the idea of this location becoming a FEMA camp in times of some crises, real or engineered. Schools have also been targeted as areas of control for vaccines to be distributed in the event of some viral threat. Please do not laugh this off, see the evidence below. Evidence: “Armed Men Terrorize School” Michigan raid part of unfolding agenda to mold schools into prisons and students into obedient slaves. www.prisonplanet.com “National Guard drill at high school to prepare for possible H1N1 riot” Oxford Hills Comprehensive High School will be the site of a National Guard riot control drill Thursday morning to prepare in the event of a panic over distribution of serum to treat the swine flu. www.sunjournal.com “Civilian Inmate Labor Program”. This is a trial and practice for FEMA camps. Here it is- www.army.mil/usapa/epubs/pdf/r210_35.pdf It details a template for developing agreements between the Army and corrections facilities for the use of civilian inmate labor
