Goodness!! I’m so scared and nervous right now…
This is the situation.
(Ok, great! I would love to schedule some kind of meeting with you just to get your vibe and what you bring to the table as an artist.
I am interested in knowing what age range you are in (18-21, 22-25, 26-30, etc.), what age you look(as you know people sometimes look younger/older), and what known singer/artist you would compare yourself to voice-wise and style-wise.
Just to let you know a little about me/my company, I am a female who is starting a new management company. I already have a really hot producer on deck to put together some really hot tracks for a really hot artist. As I said in the ad that I posted, I am building industry connections and we are looking for the right artist(s) to help mold into the next BIG THING!
We also have a songwriter that we are working with and may need someone to record vocals to songs to be shopped to publishing companies.
What part of the city are you in? How is your schedule normally?)
The Label is BMC Music, and I have to sing in front of on of the A&R’s and the Chairman. They saw me at an event a few nights ago, and the guy offered me a deal. I sang Mariah Carey’s Vision of love. Perfectly.
What song should I sing now? What should I do? Advice would be appreciated.
