Question by looksbothways: Laws Regarding Recording Conversations?
On a one to one phone conversation, regarding contract and changes to that contract, i.e. details of original agreement vs. changes in course of contract. Is the recording admissible in a court of Law? Example, a lawyer’s/ client’s conversation regarding violations / changes in contract.

the person being recorded has to be aware of it or it is not admissible as evidence in court – unless the person doing the recording is a law enforcement officer
