The Rock Star

This was great fun.

It’s my guitar that I bought when I was about 20 but I never learned to play. I dreamed about being a rock star and spent several years involved in the music industry. I was a volunteer radio announcer for 6 years, I worked in record stores, I did a course in music business management, I released a compilation CD of indie music from all over the world, I wrote a fanzine – one edition. Many of my friends were in bands.

And then I got a job in IT.

P.s. The tattoo is not real. I drew it on with eyeliner and lip pencil. I’ve always wanted one but I can’t commit to the pain and permanency. And yet, I have two children?!
