I volunteer to help support a music group that i LOVE. There are volunteers in just about every state. A few months ago the music group’s manger assigned us a manager to keep us organized. But it seems as if our manager gets mad at us every MONTH and calls a meeting. Mind you we are all ranging in ages 14 to about 20.
We are trying to live our life and have fun supporting our group, and alot of times she helps out. But this whole meeting thing every time she is upset is starting to get ANNOYING. I noticed that she makes VERY rash decisions. Everytime she is upset she either calls a meeting or does something extreme to punish us. And it’s has been takign the fun of supporting out of everyone. But if i speak out against her or ask her why she does this, she gets angry at me and my team and we have to go through the motions with her and appease to her until she is satisfied. Because if we dont Then we wont be able to get all of the perks that we DERSEVE from working hard to support our group.
And I feel like she is using her powers in the wrong way. Because not only are we supporting our music group, but we have to support the other artists on their management team or she’s goign to get upset. Because she’s manipulating us into doing this stuff saying “oh..well they are your family too” and all this stuff. I know its bs, but many of the other girls aren’t aware. And those that are, just kiss up to her so they can get their rewards that they too deserve. And i could sit up here and say its her monthly cycle, but its more than that. She’s usuing a bunch of teenage girls, and taking what used to be fun into something so serious. How should i go about this? I dont want to quit but whats choice do i have?
i mean the people in my state feel that way. One group wont even put up w/ her. They dont go to her meetings or anything. But i dont want to completelt ex her out, cuz she WAS assigned byt the music groups management. But the other girls wont do that. They will EASYILY snitch me out to get on top in her book. I dont know what to do.

Talk to her in general. Don’t quit until things start getting truly bad / worse.
