Well i wanted to make a little extra money for stupid random things, and to also help out my mom, and i came up with the idea of selling music online to people at a reasonable and fair price, and i didn’t want to start the whole process if i was going to have the FBI at my front door tomorrow morning, any and all help will be wonderful, thanks for the help too!

Yes it’s illegal.
You cannot redistribute work that is not yours.
