i have some movies, programs, and music cds that i’ved backed up in case..i dont use them anymore and they still have the serials on them that im not using. the only problem is that the original discs are all scratched up…im wondering if i could sell them and dont use the serial numbers or use the dvds than can i sell them without getting into trouble
okay so who would get you into trouble? would the company have to press charges on you in order or would they automatically just arrest you? and if so do u get a fine or jail?

Selling copies is illegal unless you provide the originals with them. That means original discs for movies and license keys for software.
