Question by pops: I have two sons tring to break in the music industry both are yery good, one in R&B the other rap what to do?
one of my sons that’s doing the rap thang will be ending his contract this march with his manger and wants me his father to take over as his manger but I think he needs someone with more experience. how do I find a manager or an agent that will give him the exsporure he needs to break in the business. I stand behind both of them 100% because I know that they have what it takes to go to the top. I need advice to get them with them with the right people.

Exposure is everything. Talk and meet as many people in the industry as you can. If you hear of events in the area, make sure they are there and make contact with these celebrities. Enter hem into as many events and shows as you can. Networking is key in this industry
