How does this college plan sound?

Question by Ella: How does this college plan sound?
I’m about to start my senior year of HS, and this is what I’m planning for my future:

Major in Psychology, Double Minor in History and Music at NYU, then transferring to a top Law School and specializing in business law.

Does this sound managable? I’ve taken a bunch of AP classes, which should help me credit out of an Intro to Psych course and a few history courses.

Sounds good, except I’d suggest double majoring instead of having a single major and a double minor. 2 minors alone don’t do much, but having an extra major will be great for employment and also will impress the admissions department at the law school.

You should also make sure you can place out of major classes. At my college you can’t. My brother placed out of 2 history classes but had to retake them because the school believes that if you major in that subject, you should get a thorough college education in all classes, including ones you’ve already passed via AP. This is sometimes because AP classes can be easier than college courses. Check out NYU’s handbook first.
