I have seen some samples on the internet, but I am not sure how to make one for my neighbor .
We agree that the neighbor will pay me money each month for the fence I plan to install in my back yard. There is one side fence stands on our line property so my neighbor has to pay for its backyard. My neighbor cannot afford to pay full cash for one side fence, so I am willing to pay for it and let my neighbor pay me monthly to pay off.

You can buy a note at a stationer’s store. Have the neighbor sign it and get witnesses if your state requires it.
