Two years ago, I used Limewire to download music. It caused a virus on my computer, and I deleted the application after my virus got fixed. I reloaded it several months ago, and was very careful in my downloading selections and knew what I was doing, but I could never be 100% sure. Sure enough, I unknowingly contracted a worse virus a few months later, and I am not going to download from Limewire again.

I really want to start downloading music again. Is Citrixwire or Frostwire safer than Limewire?

how can other p2p softwares be safer than lime wire those p2p softwares like bearshare and the once u have asked about got the same capabilities … no matter what all the p2p softwares are downloading the file u want from some one elses pc or pc’s around the world … so its not safe but if u are 100 % sure u know how to download what files to download and if u know about file formats u wont get any viruses from any of those softwares …
