GULF SHORES, Alabama – Laughing gas is no laughing matter in Gulf Shores. The city has voted to ban nitrous oxide or laughing gas for recreational use. Youtube is full of videos showing people inhaling nitrous oxide from balloons. Also called “laughing gas” Dr. Terry Pampel uses it almost every day. “For anxiety, it relaxes people.
