Does anybody know where I can find free music contracts?

Question by bullpen_ent: Does anybody know where I can find free music contracts?
I’m looking for a contract for a producer for royalty and song rights.
i tried lime wire and all i get is some link to some stupid site that has nothing to do with music contracts.
I need a contract stating that I have the right to release the artists’ song on a mixtape and receive the royalties.
