They had a contract to update all signage along a High voltage power transmission line. They finished early because they didnt touch signs up high and got the bonus. This type of thing seems to happen again and again. A simple inspection of the finished job by a knowledgable person would have prevented this – why do ppl keep falling for this type of trick?
