As an independent band, independent singer or independent musician you will you will want publicity to promote both your career and your music video. You will hire a music Publicist.
This six page, nineteen clause legal music contract includes but is not limited to the following music contract Clauses; personal confidentiality of artist, publicity requirements, publicist’s duties, incorrect publicity, travel expenses, compensation and dispute arbitration.

Herein this Agreement is between the above named and below signed Publicist representing the above named Publicity/Public Relations Firm (herein called the “Publicist”) and the above named and below signed Artist(s) and Management/Agent (herein called the “Artist”), for the above named ProjectPromotion (herein called the “Project”).
HENCE, in consideration of the promises, and of the mutual undertakings herein contained, and for other good and valuable considerations, the above named and below signed Artist and the above named and below signed Publicist agree as follows:
1. The Artist and the Publicist agree to maintain the confidential nature of any and all matters relating to the Artist’s personal/private life and not at any time to take any unauthorized photographs, nor video, by any and all electronic or mechanical means, nor audio Recording, by any and all electronic or mechanical means, nor to pass on nor to release to any person any information, photographs, videos, nor audio Recordings nor things coming into her/his/their possession which relate to the Artist’s personal/private life, unless otherwise agreed, recorded and signed.

5. The Publicist hereby agrees to perform the duties usual to a Publicist for the Artist, including but not limited to the following “advice and counseling” matters pertaining to;
(i) to publicity, public relations and advertising in all fields of entertainment; and,
(ii) in the selection of literary, artistic and musical material as far as publicity value is concerned; and,
