The independent Entertainer may desire the advice and counsel of a Personal Manager. The Personal Manager may advise on music contract matters such as, but not limited to: musical selection, costumes sets, stage arrangements, mood, setting business etc.
This is an extensive five page, eighteen clause legal music contract including but now limited to the following music contract clauses: confidentiality, personal manager’s duties and obligations, compensation, drugs and alcohol, and arbitration.
This music contract Agreement between the independent Entertainer and the Personal Manager is drafted in plain English that is easy to read and comprehend. The music contract Agreement may be filled in on your computer or printed out and filled in later.

There are four music contract forms of this Agreement. There are two music contract forms, exclusive and non-exclusive personal management music contracts for minor musicians, singers and dancers. A minor is any performer who has not reached the age-of-majority. A Parent/Guardian signature is required. The other two, exclusive and non-exclusive personal management music contracts are for all those over the age-of-majority.

Be it known that the Manager is familiar with the musical skills, abilities and professionalism of the Entertainer and that the Manager has the business expertise, management ability, requisite music industry contacts, financial resources and desire to assist and promote the Entertainer in the furtherance of her/his career. HENCE, in consideration of the promises, and of the mutual undertakings herein contained, and for other good and valuable considerations, the above named and below signed Entertainer and the above named and below signed Manager agree as follows: 1. The Entertainer hereby employs the Manager as the Entertainer’s “sole and exclusive Personal Manager” throughout the world for the term commencing on _________________________ 20____ and continuing thereafter for a period of ______________________________________________________________ .
