Confidential Information shall include any and all references to music, lyrics, scripts, characters, settings, locations, special effects, costuming, make-up, lighting, sound, data, materials, products, technology, computer programs, specifications, manuals, business plans, software, marketing plans, business plans, financial information, and other information disclosed or submitted, orally, in writing, or by any other media, to Recipient by Confider regarding the Project. Nothing herein shall require Confider to disclose any of its information. 2. The Recipient agrees that the Confidential Information is to be considered confidential and proprietary to the Confider, and the Recipient shall hold the same in confidence, shall not use the Confidential Information other than for the purposes of its Project business with the Confider, and shall disclose it only to those involved in the Project on a specific need to know basis. The Recipient will not disclose, publish or otherwise reveal any of the Confidential Information received from the Confider to any other party whatsoever except with the specific prior authorization of Confider. 3. The Confidential Information furnished in tangible form, or any other form capable of copying, shall not be duplicated by the Recipient except for the sole purposes of this Agreement. The independent Entertainer may desire the advice and counsel of a Personal Manager. The Personal Manager may advise on matters such as, but not limited to: musical selection, costumes sets, stage arrangements, mood, setting business etc.
This is an extensive music legal contract including but now limited to the following clauses: confidentiality, personal manager’s duties and obligations, compensation, drugs and alcohol, and arbitration.

There are four forms of this Agreement. There are two forms for minors (performers who have not yet reached the age-of-majority). The minor contracts include a Parental/Guardian signature. There is an exclusive management contract where the manager handles only one performer. The non-exclusive management the manager handles two or more performers. The other two exclusive or non-exclusive management agreements for those performers over the age of majority.
