Contract Law Legal Question?

Question by Mey: Contract Law Legal Question?
1. I entered a contract with a person name Sally Sue who is a representative with company 7 Lounge Group. The contract was written in 7 Lounge Group who is a management company for a music group called Sunshine.

2. During the process of carrying out the contract I’m working with Salley Sue and (2) members of the music group Sunshine.

3. I complete the requirements of the contract, however Salley Sue is refusing to sign off on it and remit payment. She has no other reason other than she is just too busy to sign off on the contract. As a result 2 months go by and I have not been paid for my work.

4. Salley Sue decides to step away from the contract all together and (1) of the group members state that they will finalize the contracts. (2) weeks go by and I hear nothing from this person.

As a result of the situation above I would like to file a small claims. I would like to know, legally who will be responsible for paying. Will it be the 7 Louge Group as a company? What if the company is not a resgistered business entity by law? Since Salley Sue is the person that paid and contacted me is she directly responsible? Who will the judgement be entered against 7 Lounge or Salley Sue or Both? Can the music group the site was created for be responsible since two of their members took part of the entire contract?

Answer by B.
Sue Sally, Lounge Group, the two members individually, AND Sunshine all on the same lawsuit. Let the judge sort out who is the responsible party for the payment. The judge might even divide it up equally between all parties.
