it says that in order for you to get a record deal you have to find the 1.)most successful record labels , a&r people, music agents, and music producers, 2.a pro. sounding demo 3.)8×10 head shots 4.)a 1pg biography 5.) and finally a design for your demo cover
is this all necessary in order to get signed?? if so does anyone know any of the contacts in #1 listed here??also a lot of record labels dont accept unsolicited demo’s so how do you get them to listen to your demo’s? I NEED HELP IF THESE THINGS ARE NOT NECESSARY HOW DO U GET SIGNED?!!

Well I was going to answer with a yes all these things are needed along with an web presence and big following already. However after reading the page your link sends me to I would say all the information is there already.
I noticed they mention Cdbaby.com great for distribution of your music both in physical and digital form.
Basically in todays world to get signed by a label you need to already be successful.
