Aurora Adopts Wind Power Code
The Town of Aurora now has a new code regulating wind turbines built for residential use. After a final public hearing Monday night that drew no comments from citizens, the Aurora Town Board voted unanimously to approve the Small Wind Energy Conversion System code.

Caroler 5K Race is Saturday
The weekend before Christmas has long been a festive one in the Village of East Aurora. And on Sat., Dec. 18, a new element will be added to the mix. In addition to the Christmas lights on homes, the holiday display at Fisher-Price and the carolers at Carolcade on Main Street, dozens of hearty souls will be seen racing around the village on foot in the all-new Caroler 5K.
