I want a temp job in some kind of preforming music field. Like a jazz bar or a restaurant or something like that.

You could always put a combo together and try, but unless you’ve got a reputation before you and people have heard of your group, it’s a good possibility that nobody will pay you to play for them. I know that when I was working at a campground/amusement park, the owner of the park restaurant hired me to play a couple of gigs at their piano as entertainment for their guests. I wasn’t paid particularly well, but it was alright ($ 50/gig). I also had fun playing the engagement, which is also a plus. However, I was also 21 at the time, which you may have to be in order to play at some of those places (they may serve alcohol). Short answer: probably not, but it’s worth a try.
