ok, i LOVE imogen heap, a category of her own when it comes to music, and while i am SURE this question has been asked many many times, but as a music lover and major fan of imogen heap, her song ” hide and seek” features a peice that jason durulo uses.. heavily sampling it… NO. HE STOLE THE ENTIRE THING, GLUED SOME CRAPPY RAPPING TO IT. “Whatcha Say” topped the U.S. Billboard Hot 100, and not heaps version. did she sgn a contract and did she know what he wuld do?

You are over-reacting. It’s not your music and if it was released there would be a contract involved or it’s changed just enough to not be considered stealing.
