Im going to High School and we have to choose our courses(math, english, S.S., Science, Language) and electives ( music, technology, business, art). Well ofcourse, the courses you just HAVE to take but thats 5 credits. Luch i have an opinion on taking because we can either take lunch or take an elective to boost up our credits. I want to be a Doctor when i grow up and go towards medical. But the problem is, Since colleges look at almost everything you do during H.S. for my electives, i don’t know what to take. im not interested in Technology or Buisness/Computer. I think its boring, i wanted to take Art or something else. im not taking music thats for sure. but see, when i take 3-D art and advanced art in Grade 9, (3-D you have to take semester 1 and its .5 credit and advanced you have to take semester 2 .5 credit. ). You go on, for example — in grade 10, theres an advance and prerequistite if you have completed this in grade 9, you go on until you take portfolio(college preparatory
for art. but i don’t want to major in Art. and i don’t know what electives to take! i know a student should be well-rounded, but the electives are the kinds where you take in grade 9 and keep on advancing,
so i really don’t know what to do please help me im stressed out.
there are these kinds of electives such as Interior Desighn or Lost Arts where you don’t go on, this elective it just .5 for semester 1 or 2 for either any of the grades. This is what i might take in grade 9 with Luch, and remeber, i don’t have to take lunch.
but what if i start an elective like art, in grade 10. i go on to advanced art in grade 12 but i can’t go on to portfoloi because i started iin grade 10. and i started in grade 10 because i took an idividual elective in grade 9.
won’t the colleges look at that and say that she couldn’t go on or something or she didn’t make the right choice.

If you want to be a doctor then I would take tech or bus. I know you said you don’t like it. But life is full of stuff you have to do that you don’t like. If you are really pasionate about being a doctor then you will do whatever it takes to get there.
