Here is one of my contract/liability waivers that I use for my company. I do landscape install/maintenance and irrigation.

“company name” assumes no liability to damages caused but not limited to: Pipe breaks, leaks, damage to turf, sidewalks, trees, bushes, and ornamental landscaped areas. “Company name” reserves the right to immediately stop work due to not receiving a payment, illness or other reason. We reserve the right to show up on the property and due the necessary duties without notice, we may also access gated off areas as long as signs prohibiting such are not posted. “company name” is not liable to damages caused inside or outside the home due to necessary work. “company name” is not responsible for watching pets and maintaining that they stay off chemically sprayed areas. “company name” is not liable for issues regarding back flow such as illness from bacteria in water. “company name” does not assume liability for, but no limited to: pesticides, herbicides, fungicides, wetting agents, fertilizers and top dressing materials applied on landscapes which may come in contact with irrigation system and may become back siphoned in. “Company name” frequently sprays Glyphosphates, Spinosad and other noxious chemicals which are known to the state of California to cause birth defects and other reproductive harm. Cloud 9 assumes no liability for any accidents, illness or the like pertaining to activities on or off the property and will not be liable for the stated above. With this said, by you hiring “company name” fully agree to the stated above and fully understand the stated.

If you are looking for a quote/price list to give to a customer, simply list out each service that needs to be performed and list the price next to it. Make sure to put “approximately” so they understand it is not the exact price.
