I’m 23 and I’ve never been in a relationship before. It really used to bother me a bit, but lately it’s not. I’ve always been very goal-oriented and gone for what I want. I’ve earned a degree in Marketing Management to insure that I have something solid to all back on since currently right now I’m in art school studying Audio Production ( I would like be a recording artist and record producer ) and next I plan to move to L.A. to pursue both music and acting.
B/c I’m so goal-oriented I haven’t really gone out and enjoyed myself or tried to date. I’m a shy, introverted guy ( some what insecure about my looks and that has held me back from approaching women ) and that has something to do with me not being in a relationship. It used to drive me crazy that haven’t experienced mutual attraction, but now I’m just focused on becoming the best me I can, having a great time doing so, accomplishing my goals, and making the best life for myself as possible. I’m learning that things in life just come at their own pace, and to just get out of the way and let things happen. Also to recognize a potential gf, make the best of opportunities when they arise, and come out of my shy shell a bit and approach and flirt with women more often. “Let go and let God”, is my new motto. Just get out of the way and let things fall into place and recognize and take advantage of opportunities when they arise. I’m sure love will find me. But if just worry about it, and am always in search of it, it will only cause heartache and drive me crazy. I have faith that my dream girl is coming and that I will get married and have the family life that I dream of.
