by Wootang01
Question by PsychoHunter2: Is the Music Business dying?
i ve doing some research and i found that a few people are saying the music business, is reducing, this is a big problem for me because for the last 3 years of high school i ve been saying to myself i want to be a radio announcer. now that i ve read it up i ve lost myself in what i want to, i want to be in the music indistury, but with the business reducing jobs every year, i m lost now. what would be a good carrer working with music? or if there are none that are able to get into, what would be a good job with well payed money that has somewhat something to do with music

Answer by what you say?
I seriously doubt music will die.
The only thing I’ve heard about the music business is that records aren’t selling as much as they’d hope for which I think is mainly because we’re in a recession period. There’s job losses everywhere. The only thing I do know they’re saying is dying is being a journalist like news papers and I think it’s because we can get our Information from the Internet and we have things like tweeter and YouTube.
I think you should go into broadcasting either on internet radio, radio or TV. I think your personality would just have to stand out from others.
