Question by : can anyone help with my ipod problem?
my nephew got a new 2nd gen ipod shuffle. im trying to load the music to it from my itunes library. when his ipod is connected all i can get is the license agreement which ive already agreed to and it says save or cancel. i saved already but thats all it says to do and i cant get anything else to come up

I don’t know much about your situation, all I can tell you is that you might want to call up customer service. Or, turn off the iPod, and hook it in through the USB. Sorry I could help much. Hope this helps =]
