I want to major in business, and minor in music. At the same time, I want to take cosmetology courses. How should I balance all of these?

Well it depends on what you want to do in your future. Or what you want to do first. Why are you getting into business and/or music if you want to be a cosmetologist or the other way around?

Do you want to be a certified cosmetologist or you are taking courses for fun?

Its easy to balance between business and music minor, but it will take around (more/less) than four years to get the degree depends on how many credits/units you take per semester/quarter and if you attend the summer sessions.

Cosmology can be completed based on your own schedule. For some schools if you spend 40 hrs/week you can complete the courses within 10 months.
