The boom boom boxes are causing havoc all over our country. Just simply having a license in order to buy or use things that make a certain noise level would solve all the problems that music and stereo company’s are creating and help to bring in more money for government to get more funds for the poor. A disable mother with children can not get eye glasses to see with in Vermont. All because the Model industry that makes them feel the need to double there profit verses helping people to see. Only in American are we this cruel.
in real i am saying that anything that produces enough noise that hurts peoples ears should be controlled. Since rules have to be made because the abusers will abuse until someone stops it.

??? First of all, that’s not a Federal responsibility, they cannot license people’s boom boxes.
Secondly, if they did license the items, they would not spend the money on ‘poor people’. If the government wanted to and thought it COULD help poor people, they would do so, lack of money isn’t going to make a difference.
