hi, can somebody help me with the following question?
When Kirby purchased a new amplifier for his electronic guitar, he signed a contract which said he was 21. In reality, Kirby was only 17 at the time.The next day Kirby returned to the music store to disaffirm the contract. The store owner refused to take back the amplifier saying that the fact Kirby signed the contract meant he could not use his minority to back of the deal.
The store owner was wrong. Explain why

They ARE wrong.
Legally, your able to return the amplifier and get your money back.
If they keep refusing you grant of a legally obtain object.
You have the right to research the rules and laws of it and if they work and your allowed to be able to return it and they keep refusing you can sew.
Or something like a agreement.
