Hi. We r a small software company in India and are going to get our first outsourced development project from US. Which legal documents need to be formulated and signed by representatives of both the sides that puts us in safe position or atleast the other company can not pursue us once the software has been built to their satisfaction and shipped. Any links to web-sites or sample electronic documents like Scope of work, Service Levels, packaged software/ service agreements would be highly appreciated. Thanks

just get help from any of the companies who are already in the job, the best way is to hire someone who is already working in BPO’s this will help you in the best way
